What is included in our service?

We will discuss your circumstances in detail and confirm whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you. We will give you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria. If you do not fulfil certain criteria, we will discuss how this can be overcome. Our face to face consultation lasts for 1 hour in most cases.

Review your documentation, including identity documents, wage slips, bank statements and other documents to ensure and guarantee that all the requirements are met which takes on average 1 hour depending on whether all documents are available.

We will complete a lengthy online application. As the online application is quite detailed, we like to keep our client’s involved to ensure accurate information is given to the Visa Processing Centre. We tend to send several emails to our clients to provide them with updates and step by step guidance which can take up to approximately 2 – 3 hours.

We will book your appointment with the Visa Processing Centre ensuring that the date is mutually convenient and will give you clear advice and guidance at the appropriate time.

We will then prepare and draft the necessary documents.

Before your documents are submitted we will collate a bundle and ensure its accuracy. Preparing, drafting and reviewing the above documents takes on average 2 hours.

We then wait for the outcome.

Once we have received an outcome, we will give you advice and inform you of any further steps you need to take.

How long will my application take?

On average the entire process can take approximately 3 months depending on the Home Office’s capacity to process applications. However we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Please read the current processing times

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 1 – 3 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we will give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
