As we are not currently VAT registered, we are able to provide more affordable and competitive pricing structures to meet your needs.

What services are included?

We will discuss your circumstances in detail and confirm whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you. We will give you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria. If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how. Our face to face consultation lasts for 1 hour in most cases.

Review your documentation and ensure that your bail application is successful by preparing and drafting the necessary documents.

We then wait for the outcome.

Once we have received an outcome, we will give you advice and inform you of any further steps you need to take.

How long will my application take?

On average the entire process can take approximately 3 months depending on the Home Office’s capacity to process applications. However we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Please read the current processing times

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 1 – 3 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
