What is included? In our services

We will discuss your circumstances in detail and confirm whether an appeal is the right step for you to make and what other options may be available to you. We will give you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria. Our face to face consultation lasts for 1 hour in most cases.

Review your documentation, including identity documents and other documents to ensure and guarantee that all the requirements are met which takes on average 1 hour depending on whether all documents are available.

We will assess your refusal letter. You normally have 28 days in order to lodge an appeal.

We will draft and send the Grounds of Appeal together with any supporting documents that you have and can provide.

Once a hearing date has been received we have 7 days to provide the Tribunal and the Home Office with the Appeal bundle which includes statements and all documentary evidence which you wish to rely upon. At this point a Barrister will be instructed to represent you at the hearing.

At the hearing the Judge will then make a decision based on your oral evidence and the appeal bundle.

We then wait for the outcome.

Once we have received an outcome, we will give you advice and inform you of any further steps you need to take.

Our rates do not include Home Office fees, NHS surcharges Barrister’s fees, interpreter’s fees and disbursements. Further information can be found on our solicitor’s rates page Solicitor’s Rates

How long will my Appeal take?

On average the entire process can take approximately 6 months depending on the Court’s capacity to process your appeal.

We will normally be able to submit this type of Appeal within a couple of days of you instructing us as we are aware strict deadlines need to be met.

Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we will give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
